How do I place an order?

All users must create an account to place an order. Click on 'My Account' link. Then click on 'Register Now' link. Complete form with standard ship to and bill to info and this will populate during checkout (you can edit this info in checkout as well). Find a product, add to cart and proceed to checkout.

How do I upload artwork instructions that explain how I want my text imprint layed out?

You can upload a pdf, jpg or word doc (we prefer pdfs or jpgs) that explains artwork instructions or layout suggestions. Go to a product page, add the item to the cart and utilize the artwork upload feature.

How do I contact Customer Service?

What is the lead time for orders?

2 weeks from order acceptance and final proof approval. Transportation time must be added to the 2-week manufacturing schedule.

Can I get a proof of my imprint?

All imprinted orders will be proofed; once you place your order for an imprinted product a virtual proof will be emailed to the address submitted with your order in 3 business days.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Please see the "Ship to multiple locations' link in the top navigation. You can enter one order on the website and enter your multiple destinations in the Excel spreadsheet. We will take care of sending the orders to the individual locations for you. Please follow the instructions carefully.

When will I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of your order ship date.

What is the overrun policy?

Each product is custom imprinted for you, and an overrun or under run of up to 4% will apply. We will ship to this 4% variance, and bill for quantity shipped.

Can I place a repeat order?

The new website allows users to create accounts. This is the first step in creation of a system that will allow us to associate orders with a web user account. Further enhancements will allow you to identify repeat orders next year. However, you will need to supply your imprint information and logo artwork again this year.

Are shipping charges included?

Yes, merchandise pricing does include shipping charges.

Have any changes been made to the products this year?

The Scenic hanger has been modified for 2009 to imprint on each sheet. It will not have the long back sheet ad for imprinted orders. The Shop calendar header increased to .012 paper stock versus .010 from last year. The actual sheets for 2009 will be printed on 60# offset versus 50#offset that was used for 2008.
